Trips
Field trips enhance student learning experiences and reinforce concepts taught in class. Parents/guardians must sign and return an official school consent form before a student is allowed to participate in an activity away from the school.
Younger students may go for occasional walks around the school neighborhood.
St. Joseph's Code of Conduct remains in effect during school sponsored trips. Field trips are important educational experiences and at no time should a student be denied that experience due to financial difficulties. Please contact your Principal if this is a concern.
Some examples of excursions students may go on throughout the school year to support their curriculum:
Visit an apple orchard
Toronto Metro Zoo
Visit a pumpkin patch
Ontario Science Centre
Camp Muskoka
Soper Creek
